Koketso is an associates in the firm’s litigation practice group, specialising in the administration of deceased estates and estate planning.
Having completed his LL.B through the University of South Africa, he completed the School for Legal Practice night course. He also has a diploma in project management from Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University. Throughout his studies, Koketso found that he had a strong aptitude and interest in the administration of deceased estates and estate planning, his speciality field at the firm.
Koketso has in-depth knowledge of the drafting of wills and trust deeds, estate planning and the administration of deceased estates. His legal expertise and practical experience in these fields are extensive, enabling him to effectively address clients’ concerns and deal with all fiduciary related matters. Koketso gained extensive experience in these fields through his work at the Department of Justice and Legal Services at the local municipality prior to undertaking his articles of clerkship.
Koketso is often called upon to give training sessions for young legal professionals and employees at the Master’s Office on estate planning and trusts. With a calm personality and the ability to gain the trust of his clients, Koketso enjoys working at a personal level with clients and assisting them with their estate planning. He understands that this requires high standards and absolute attention to detail as clients are placing their absolute faith in his expertise.
Koketso enjoys unwinding after work with a game of soccer or spending time with his family.
