Property & Conveyancing

In 1996 we opened a branch office in Bellville to provide a more efficient service to our clients as far as conveyancing matters are concerned. The Eastern Cape Province does not have a deeds office and all property related matters in the Eastern Cape must be registered in Cape Town causing considerable delays in transfer and mortgage registration. We are the only Port Elizabeth Attorney's firm with a Bellville office at the seat of the Deeds Registry. Our company is also one of the biggest conveyancing firms in the city of Port Elizabeth.

Conveyancing - Bellville

Our Bellville branch is run by Christo Nöthnagel.

Our broad range of services caters to a diverse clientele from Banks to Estate Agencies to Property Developers to International businessmen.

While the department deals primarily with sophisticated services, such as the structuring of developments, advice on associated tax implications relating to developments and other property related matters, it also has a strong conveyancing department where the focus is on achieving a speedy and hassle free turn around of property transactions.  This is achieved through co-ordinated communication with all parties involved and the extensive usage of computer technology, through the open ended Internet medium.

Our firm is represented on the panels of numerous banks, such as Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank, Imperial Bank and First National Bank.  Our firm's dedication to service excellence is underlined by our achievement in the much coveted ABSA bank service achievement in 1994, where we attained first place.  Recently, we were awarded further acknowledgement as one of the top ten companies surveyed out of the 100 plus companies assessed.
