Marlise completed her studies at the Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2002 and was duly admitted as attorney, notary and conveyancer in January 2005. 

She has been with Greyvensteins for almost 6 years and practises in the conveyancing and notary department.

Sophia Lindeque

Sophia was born and raised in Alice in the Eastern Cape. She matriculated from Grens High School in East London and commenced with her tertiary education at the University of the Free State in Bloemfontein.

She completed her LL.B law degree at the University of the Free State where after she started with her Articles of Clerkship in Bloemfontein and completed her Articles in the Free State.

She has been attending to Conveyancing and gained experience in the Transfer of Residential Properties as well as Developments for the past two years.

Sophia joined Greyvensteins Attorneys in 2014 and her main focus and interest will be in the Development Department at Greyvensteins.

Arnel Ayers

Arnel Ayers (van der Merwe) obtained her B.Proc degree at the University of Port Elizabeth and commenced her professional career as a candidate attorney at Lombaard and Burger Attorneys (Strand) where she gained extensive experience in family law, personal injury claims, arbitrations and Magistrate’s and High Court Litigation.

Arnel Ayers (van der Merwe) obtained her B.Proc degree at the University of Port Elizabeth and commenced her professional career as a candidate attorney at Lombaard and Burger Attorneys (Strand) where she gained extensive experience in family law, personal injury claims, arbitrations and Magistrate’s and High Court Litigation.

She was admitted as an Attorney of the High Court in Cape Town during 2004. 

She then proceeded to join a national consulting agency during 2004, as a legal advisor who specialized in Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment.

She took up the position of Provincial Manager of the BEE legal department during 2006, specializing in BEE, through assisting clients of all sizes and across all industries, with BEE advice and BEE verification assistance

During 2014 she started her own Legal Advisory consulting agency, where she specialized in rendering BEE advice, together with assistance in the verification process, Labour advice and assistance to corporate clients, and appeared on their behalf at the CCMA.

She returned to her hometown, Port Elizabeth, during 2016 whereupon she joined Greyvensteins as an Associate in the BEE department.
