Ndili is originally from East London, Mdanstane but was however schooled in Cape Town.

After completing Matric at Helderberg High School in Somerset West, Ndili pursued his legal studies, initially through UNISA and then NMMU.

He has a knack for litigation, evidenced by various roles and positions he has held throughout his legal studies including but not limited to: NMMU Debating Union Vice President; Speaker of the NMMU Student Parliament (2013); NMMU Moot Court winning team (2014); and was a member of the team that represented the NMMU Faculty of Law at the Phillip Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition (2015).

He prides himself in having a respectful demeanour and is characterised as a driven individual who takes care to maintain a high level of integrity and dependability.

Other than general Litigation, Ndili has a keen interest in property development, insolvency and Constitutional Law.

Outside of the office he is willing to try anything twice, enjoys the outdoors but is also capable in the kitchen.

Being a recipient of the Greyvensteins Bursary in 2015 and commencing his articles in 2016, he considers himself privileged to be a part of the firm and endeavours always to show his value through his work and play as significant a role as possible in extending the generosity shown to him.

Seetal Mitha

After matriculating from Collegiate Girls High School in Port Elizabeth, Seetal went on to study Law at Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University where she obtained her LLB Degree.

A fun, loving woman with a heart for people. She is articulate, dedicated, reliable, adventurous and driven.  Seetal enjoys pushing herself and always sets new goals while her purpose is to break perceptions.

Seetal was a recipient of the Greyvensteins Bursary in 2015, and she has now joined Greyvensteins Attorneys  as a Candidate Attorney in 2016.

She has extensive legal knowledge in various fields of law although she has a profound interest in Labour Law, Family Law, Criminal Law and Conveyancing.

When she’s not in the office or engaging with clients, Seetal enjoys an odd game of golf, off-road biking and keeping fit.  What many people don’t know about Seetal, is that she is also a Qualified Classical Indian Dancer, she graduated from Geetanjali Academy of Arts.

Andrea Buchanan

Andrea is originally from Johannesburg but, after her family relocated, attended school in Port Elizabeth at the Collegiate Schools for Girls.

After completing her matric at Kingswood College, Grahamstown, Andrea went on to study an LLB degree at NMMU.

After completing her matric at Kingswood College, Grahamstown, Andrea went on to study an LLB degree at NMMU.

Throughout her LLB studies Andrea was actively involved with the NMMU Law Students Society, holding the positions of Secretary of the Sub-Committee (2011), Secretary of the Executive Committee (2012) and Chairlady of the Executive Committee (2013). During her involvement the society was awarded NMMU Academic Society of the Year (2011-2013) and NMMU Overall Society of the Year (2012).

After completing her LLB Andrea was employed by the NMMU Law Faculty as a Teaching and Research Assistant (2014-2015) and lectured the first year Legal Skills modules for law students in 2016.

Andrea is currently busy with her LLM in Mercantile Law (Research) at NMMU in the field of unlawful competition.

What people may not know about Andrea is that she is a classically trained clarinettist and pianist, having completed her Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music grade 8 in clarinet and grade 7 in piano.

Andrea has joined Greyvensteins as a candidate attorney in the litigation department.

Yolande Smith

Yolande matriculated in the early 1990’s and went on to obtain her BComm (Law) and BComm (Honours) Industrial Relations degrees at the then University of Port Elizabeth.

After graduating she joined ABSA Trust where she administered deceased estates. During this time she obtained her Diploma in Insolvency Law and Practice from the University of Pretoria.

She then joined Meyprop Property Group where she was appointed as a Property Manager and was responsible for all matters pertaining to rental properties inter alia annual rental budgets, negotiating and drafting leases and renewal of leases.

In 2002 she joined TFMC as a property specialist and was tasked with managing Telkom’s entire rental property portfolio along the South African Coast. During her time with TFMC she obtained her LLB degree through the University of South Africa.

Yolande also attended the School for Legal Practice Night School. She successfully completed her course, finishing amongst the top 3 students in her class. She was awarded certificates for the best overall performance in: Introduction to Conveyancing Practice, Criminal Court Practice, Constitutional Legal Practice, Commercial Litigation and Introduction to Practice Management as well as for outstanding performance in leadership.

She has joined Greyvensteins Incorporated in their Family Law department and is proud to be part of this dynamic firm with its strong social responsibility focus.
