Profile
Kuveshan completed his LLB degree through the then Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University in 2013. Upon completion of his articles, Kuveshan was employed as a professional assistant by a firm within the area of Port Elizabeth where he specialized in general litigation, more specifically in collections.
At an early stage in his career, Kuveshan recognised need for specialised litigation attorneys and has purposefully directed his career path toward becoming one of the leading litigation attorneys, by engrossing himself in both Magistrate’s Court and High Court litigation. In doing so, he has been specifically mentored, by well-established attorneys and advocates.
Kuvie, (as he is more commonly known) recognises the legal fraternity’s responsibility toward the community and maintains a humble but professional approach to his work ethic.
Kuvie’s main focus area currently is on property litigation, where he has gained vast experience in both commercial and residential evictions, as well as the recovery process, which inevitably flows therefrom. In doing so, he has advised and serviced various property management groups. He has furthermore been involved in asset recovery for leading commercial banks, management of litigious municipal matters as well as large investment groups.
In his spare time, he is a keen fisherman and further follows various sporting codes such as football, cricket and rugby. Kuvie has recently taken up golf as a part time sport and is looking forward to both learning from, and challenging himself, against more experienced golfers.
